You will need to let us know certain details including invoice and delivery details.
We will then provide you with an authorisation reference number.
All carriage charges for goods returned to us are the responsibility of the Customer.
Replacement items, credits or refunds will not be issued until the original item has been received and checked and verified by us and/or the manufacturer in the case of a warranty claim.
Payments will be made to the person who purchased the goods.
You may wish to use a trackable delivery service and/or insure your goods. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.

Your Authorisation to return Ref. number and a copy of your original invoice as proof of Purchase will need to be included with the returned goods.
Unopened Goods/Change of Mind
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product for authorisation to return the goods.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 there is a right to cancel up to 7 days after the goods were delivered this is dependent on the goods being re-saleable.
In the case of a refund or credit note being issued we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery charges.
The right to cancel does not apply to special orders (Non Stocked items).
Carriage charges will not be refunded.
You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 Days of you receiving the goods.
The returned Goods to be in the original box and if possible the original packaging, complete with any accessories
The product will need to show that it is undamaged, has not been fitted or show any marks of “wear and tear”.
A refund or exchange will be at our discretion for any items that are returned over 14 days. In such cases a 15% administration charge may be levied.
Damaged/ Faulty Items/Incorrectly Supplied
You will need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods If the product is damaged, there is a fault with the item or we have incorrectly supplied the item.
At this stage we will then authorise a return by issuing you with an authorisation reference number. You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 Days of you receiving the goods.
The returned Goods to be in the original box and if possible the original packaging, complete with any accessories. The item be in an otherwise new condition and not devalued in any way.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product to verify faults
A refund credit note or exchange will be at our discretion for any items that are returned over 14 days, in such cases a 15% administration charge may be levied
When a damaged/faulty or incorrectly supplied part is returned, refunds will include relevant delivery and collection charges.
We will arrange with you to collect the goods and pay the carriage charges .
All products come with 12 months manufacturers’ replacement warranty.

When a part is returned for warranty consideration a return authorisation reference number is required we may need to forward to you a manufacturer’s warranty form for you to provide the necessary details, that will allow your claim to be processed.
We will not confirm acceptance of any warranty claim until the product has been received by us and inspected.
If there is a fault with your product within the manufacturers guarantee period we will normally offer a prompt repair service. You will have the option of an exchange or a refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of receipt of the product.
Warranty will exclude product failures caused by :-
Abuse, Accidental Damage, Misuse, Negligence, Improper Application, Installation or Operation. A warranty claim needs to be made within 10 days of identifying a defect and within the manufacturer’s warranty period..
Warranty claims are linked to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
